Accessibility Statement
Last updated: July 12, 2026
SOPIQ, LLC is committed to making sopiqpower.com usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technologies. We aim to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across the site.
What we’ve done
- Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy on every page
- ARIA attributes on dialogs and form controls (
role="dialog",aria-modal,aria-required,aria-live) - Color contrast that exceeds WCAG AA on body text and meets AAA where practical
- Keyboard-accessible navigation, modals, and forms
- Skip-to-content link as the first focusable element
- Fieldset and legend grouping for related form controls
- Visible focus indicators on interactive elements
- Respect for
prefers-reduced-motion: non-essential animation suppressed for visitors who request it - Underlined inline links so the distinction does not rely on color alone
- Video never plays on its own. The R3Di® explainer in How it works starts only when you activate its play control, which is a standard button reachable by keyboard, and the browser’s own player controls handle pause, seek, volume, and fullscreen
- Synchronised English captions for that video’s narration, switchable from the player’s own caption control
- A full text version of the video — the spoken narration, every word shown on screen, and a description of the imagery — published on the page directly beneath the player
Known limitations
Accessibility is ongoing work. If you encounter a barrier, we want to know.
- The R3Di® explainer video does not carry a separate audio-description track. The imagery is described in full in the text version beneath the player instead.
Reporting issues
Use our discovery form to report an accessibility issue. Include the page URL, a description of the issue, and the assistive technology you were using. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
