These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of sopiqpower.com (the "Site") operated by SOPIQ, LLC ("SOPIQ," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use the Site.

The Site provides information about SOPIQPower services and the R3Di® product line offered by SOPIQ as an authorized channel partner of e2Companies. You may view, read, and submit inquiries through the discovery form. You may not:
- Use the Site for unlawful purposes
- Attempt unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or related systems
- Interfere with the Site’s operation
- Scrape or republish substantial portions of the content
2. Channel partner relationship
R3Di®, Virtual Utility®, and Grove365® are registered trademarks and products of e2Companies. SOPIQ, LLC is an authorized channel partner participating in the MicroGrid Power program. SOPIQ is not the manufacturer. Product specifications, warranties, and technical performance claims are provided by e2Companies. In case of conflict between statements on this Site and e2Companies’ official documentation, the manufacturer’s documentation controls.
3. Intellectual property
The Site’s design, layout, and original content are the property of SOPIQ, LLC or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written consent, except as permitted by fair use.
R3Di®, Virtual Utility®, and Grove365® are trademarks of e2Companies. Other referenced trademarks belong to their respective owners.
4. Discovery form submissions
When you submit our discovery form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to submit it on behalf of any organization you reference. SOPIQ will use the information consistent with our Privacy Policy.
5. No professional advice
Site content is provided for informational purposes. It does not constitute legal, engineering, financial, or other professional advice. Sizing, deployment, and configuration decisions are made only after formal engineering assessments performed with or by e2Companies.
