Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 12, 2026
SOPIQ, LLC ("SOPIQ," "we," "us") operates sopiqpower.com (the "Site") as a specialty practice under the SOPIQ brand. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
When you submit the discovery form on this Site, we collect the contact and context information you provide: name, company, work email, phone (optional), your product interest selections, facility type, approximate load, location, timeline, and any free-text context. When you use the savings estimator and click through to request a custom estimate, we also include your estimator inputs and the resulting directional estimate so we can prepare a useful first conversation.
Information about your visit
We may collect standard log information such as IP address, browser type, referrer URL, and pages viewed. Used for diagnostic, security, and aggregate usage analysis. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or marketing pixels on this Site.
Cookies
Only essential cookies required for the Site to function. No marketing or analytics cookies that track you across other sites.
2. How we use information
- To respond to inquiries. Form submissions are used to prepare responses and schedule discovery conversations.
- To coordinate with our manufacturer. Because R3Di®, Virtual Utility®, and Grove365® are products of e2Companies, we may share qualified inquiries with e2Companies and the MicroGrid Power program as needed to prepare technical proposals. We will note this in our first response to you.
- To improve our services. Aggregate, non-identifying patterns help us understand what inquiries we receive.
- To comply with law. As required by applicable law or legal process.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your information. We share it only with:
- e2Companies and the MicroGrid Power channel program for the limited purpose of preparing product proposals, sizing analyses, or technical responses to your inquiry.
- Service providers we use to operate the Site: Cloudflare (hosting) and Resend (transactional email), both under contractual confidentiality obligations.
- Legal and regulatory authorities where required.
4. Data retention
We retain form submissions for as long as needed to support the inquiry and any resulting engagement, then only as necessary for legitimate business records or legal requirements. To request deletion, use our discovery form or send written notice to our postal address below.
5. Your choices and rights
Request a copy, correction, or deletion of your information; or opt out of future communications. Submit your request through our discovery form or in writing to our postal address below. We respond within a reasonable time, typically within 30 days.
6. Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for business audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
7. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; no absolute guarantee.
8. Changes
Updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
